Tidewater Sandals Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Tidewaters! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange unworn items.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

  • Exchanges: We offer one free prepaid shipping label for exchanges. If you need to exchange again, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns for Refund: You're responsible for return shipping.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us at orders@tidewatersandals.com. Please include a photo of the item you received and a photo of the packing slip.

  • Multiple Pairs: If unsure about sizing, please limit your order to 1–2 pairs. We cannot provide a label or free return shipping for more than five pairs..

🚫 Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

🔄 Cancellations & Price Adjustments

  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot change or cancel it.

  • Price Adjustments: We do not offer retroactive discounts or price adjustments.

📦 Additional Information

  • Processing Time: Please allow 14–21 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Online Purchases Only: This policy applies only to purchases made on our website.

  • Your original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping.

LOST PACKAGES 

If your package appears to be lost in transit or was marked as delivered but can’t be found, we’re happy to file a lost package claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that the claims process can take up to 45 days to complete. A refund or replacement will be provided upon the carrier's acceptance of liability.

While we’ll do everything we can to assist, Tidewater Sandals is not responsible if the carrier denies the claim due to proof of delivery. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office in the meantime, as packages are often found nearby.

⚠️ Policy Enforcement

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, misuse, or damage.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse returns from customers who exhibit excessive return patterns.
