Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you love your Tidewaters, so we make exchanges easy. You have 30 days to return or exchange your unworn Tidewaters to us for a refund or an exchange. Exchanges are free. If you are returning for a refund, there is a $5 return label fee if you choose to use our label.

Tidewater reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of excessive wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Tidewater also reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse the return of excessive ordering/return patterns. 

  • There is a $5 return fee if you select our pre-paid label option on returns.
  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund
  • Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on TidewaterSandals.com
  • Note: we do not refund original shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
