We want you to love your Tidewaters! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange unworn items.

Condition: Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges: We offer one free prepaid shipping label for exchanges. If you need to exchange again, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Refund: You're responsible for return shipping. A $5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.

Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us at orders@tidewatersandals.com. Please include a photo of the item you received and a photo of the packing slip.

Multiple Pairs: If unsure about sizing, please limit your order to 1–2 pairs. We cannot provide a label or free return shipping for more than five pairs..
