Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you love your Tidewaters, so we make returns and exchanges easy. You have 30 days to return your unworn Tidewaters to us for a refund or an exchange if you need a different size.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached
  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund
  • Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on TidewaterSandals.com
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Gift cards are final sale*

*Please note: Clearance item sales are final. Tidewater is not responsible for the cost of return shipping costs and refunds are not provided on original shipping costs. Note, if you choose to use our in-store return service, there is a $5 charge to cover the cost to return the item to our warehouse in North Carolina. 

Tidewater reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any price changes retroactively.
