Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: Return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
    Holiday orders may be returned through 1/31.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • Exchanges: Your first exchange includes a free prepaid label. Additional exchanges require customer-paid return shipping.

  • Returns for Refund: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Prepaid labels are available for $6.50.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: Submit photos of the incorrect item and packing list through our return portal.

Multiple Pairs

If you’re unsure of sizing, please order 1–2 pairs. We cannot provide free return shipping or labels for orders of 5+ pairs.

Final Sale Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Price Adjustments

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.

  • No retroactive discounts or price adjustments.

Additional Info

  • Processing: Refunds are processed 14–21 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping is non-refundable. If you received free shipping, that original cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • Online Orders Only: This policy applies to purchases made on our website.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not found, we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims can take up to 45 days. A refund or replacement is issued only if the carrier accepts liability. Please check with neighbors and your local post office—packages often turn up nearby.

Policy Enforcement

We may refuse returns or exchanges on items that show wear, damage, or misuse, and reserve the right to limit orders or returns from accounts with excessive return patterns.
