Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you love your Tidewaters, so we make returns and exchanges easy. You have 30 days to return your unworn Tidewaters to us for a refund or an exchange. 

If you've worn your Tidewaters and wish to try a different size, you may do so with 30 days of your purchase. Please send us an email (orders@tidewatersandals.com) to initiate this exchange. We will ask you to pay a small $5 shipping fee to cover a portion of the fees. We do not charge shipping on your new order.

Tidewater reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of excessive wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Tidewater also reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse the return of excessive ordering/return patterns.

  • Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Gift cards are final sale*

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
