Return and Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you love your Tidewaters, so we make exchanges easy. You have 30 days to return your unworn Tidewaters to us for a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging your items, we will provide one prepaid label at no charge to you if you make that selection in the portal. The only exception is if you made an error when you placed an order such as choosing a different or incorrect size. Under this scenario, we will still provide no-cost exchange shipping, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost in this case.

If you are returning your items for a refund, you will be provided with an RMA and instructions on the best carrier to use at your cost.

Please note, we only provide a free label for one exchange. Future exchanges require that you pay the return shipping costs.

Tidewater reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of excessive wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

Tidewater also reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse the return of excessive ordering/return patterns.

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
