Shipping policy

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on nationally observed U.S. holidays.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless you selected express shipping. Express orders may be shipped as soon as the same day, but no later than the next business day. 

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are submitted. 

Lost Packages

Tidewater is no longer responsible for your package once it has been delivered. If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not found, we can file a claim with the carrier. Claims can take up to 45 days. A refund or replacement is issued only if the carrier accepts liability. Please check with neighbors and your local post office—packages often turn up nearby.
