A career in color
She has spent a lifetime creating things people love to wear.
Margi spent nearly three decades at Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh, leading art development for wholesale and retail apparel and directing a team of graphic and CAD artists.
Margi has been part of the Tidewater story since 2019, helping shape the colorful, playful look that customers recognize today.
Now retired and living in Colorado with her husband, she still dreams up artwork for Tidewater flip flops, bringing years of experience to patterns designed to make people smile.
Her work is a big part of why Tidewater customers so often hear, “Where’d you get those?” Every color, character and tiny detail is considered with one very specific canvas in mind: the strap of a flip flop.
